She began working with foreign nationals in 2006 at the Department for Foreigners’ Affairs of the Masovian Voivodeship Office in Warsaw, where she conducted administrative proceedings concerning the legalization of stay, and later served as a coordinator and issued decisions in legalization cases. Since 2012, she has been associated with the Association for Legal Intervention, where she provides legal counseling to foreign nationals and works on combating discrimination based on race, ethnic origin, or nationality. Her particular area of interest includes the right of foreign nationals residing in Poland to respect for their private and family life. She is a trainer in foreigners law and the author of publications and informational materials in this field.

She gained her experience in migration law at the Association for Legal Intervention, where for over two years she provided legal advice to foreign nationals on the legalization of stay and work in Poland. She is particularly interested in issues related to the employment of immigrants. She has conducted numerous court cases representing foreign employees harmed by employers. She has acted as legal counsel in many proceedings (including numerous precedent-setting cases) before the Voivodeship Administrative Court concerning legalization of stay and citizenship. She has also participated in drafting opinions on legislative acts in the field of foreigners law.

She gained experience in migration law during her student internships at the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), the Empowering Children Foundation (Fundacja Dajemy Dzieciom Siłę), and the University of Warsaw Legal Clinic. From 2014 to 2021, she was professionally associated with the Association for Legal Intervention, where she provided legal advice to foreign nationals, particularly in cases concerning legalization of stay, international protection proceedings, return decisions, and matters aimed at safeguarding the best interests of the child. From 2020 to 2021, she cooperated with the Belarusian Solidarity Centre, where she supported Belarusian citizens in cases concerning the protection of children’s rights and prepared publications on the rights of foreign nationals residing in Poland.
She gained experience in residence legalization procedures through her own personal experience.
She has been associated with the law firm for over two years and handles proceedings concerning legalization of stay and citizenship, assists foreign nationals with the personal submission of applications, maintains contact with authorities, and ensures the validity of documentation in pending cases.
