We offer legal assistance in the following areas:
labor law – we provide comprehensive service in cases concerning labour law, including employment contracts, non-competition agreements, regulations, company collective agreements, temporary work agencies contracts, and we represent our clients before labor courts and social security courts.
civil law – we take actions related to property rights, obligations and rights of inheritance, we prepare and issue opinions on draft contracts, prepare petitions, requests and other pleadings and remedies, as attorneys we appear before courts and before the Supreme Court, we participate in judicial and extrajudicial mediation.
anti-discrimination law – we represent clients in cases concerning compensation for breach, cases of the principle of equal treatment, including equal treatment in employment, due to the characteristics protected by law, such as: gender, race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, creed, belief, disability, age or sexual orientation;
family law – we lead divorce cases, paternity or maternity suits, alimony, parental authority and establishment of the child contacts cases and we represent clients as attorneys before courts.
administrative law – our key area includes foreigners law, granting international protection in the territory of the Republic of Poland, administrative aspects of performing work in Poland, Polish citizenship and public registry records law; we represent our clients in the administrative proceedings, we prepare requests to initiate proceedings, complaints and appeals against the decisions, complaints to the administrative court, and to the Supreme Administrative Courts.
