PATRYCJA MICKIEWICZ -
a lawyer with years of experience in the field of migration, legal advisor at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw (professional examination filed with honors), expert in the foreigners law.
Work with foreigners began in 2006 in the Foreigners Department of the Mazowiecki Provincial Office in Warsaw, where she conducted administrative proceedings regarding legalization of stay and then worked as a coordinator and issued decisions on legalization of stay.
Since 2012 associated with the Association of Legal Intervention, where deals with legal advice for foreigners and counteracting discrimination based on race, ethnicity or nationality. In the area of her special interest is a matter of respect for private and family life of foreigners residing in Poland.

ISMENA SAADI -a lawyer with over 10 years of professional experience, legal advisor at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw, an expert in the field
of migration, since 2006 associated with the non-governmental sector.
Experienced in the field of immigration law gained in the Association for Legal Intervention, where for more than two years gave legal advice to foreigners in terms of legalization of stay and work in Poland. The area of her special interests include issues related
to the work performed by immigrants. She participated in a lot of court cases in which represented foreign workers injured by employers. She acted as attorney in a number of procedures for international protection by helping to pass complicated procedures and obtain refugee status or subsidiary protection. She took part in issuing opinions on legal acts of a foreign law.
MAGDALENA SADOWSKA -
Attorney at law (member of the Warsaw Bar Association), specialist in the field of migration and asylum law, as well as children's rights.
A graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Warsaw. She completed an apprenticeship at the Warsaw Bar Association.
She gained experience in working the field of migration law during student internships at the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) - Representation in Warsaw, the Empowering Children Foundation and the Law Clinic of the University of Warsaw.
In the years 2014-2021, she was professionally associated with the Association for Legal Intervention, where she provided legal advice to foreigners, in particular in matters relating to the legalization of stay, proceedings on granting international protection, proceedings on the obligation to return and in cases aimed at securing the best child interests and in matters related to social assistance and educational benefits "500+".
From 2020 to 2021, she was associated with the Center of Belarusian Solidarity, where he supported the Belarus citizen in matters concerning children's rights and prepared publications on the rights of foreigners living in Poland.

ADAM CHMURA -
attorney at law with many years of experience in the field of migration and asylum law, member of the Warsaw Bar Association, expert in the field of foreigners law.
In 2011-2016, he was associated with the Association for Legal Intervention (SIP), where he provided legal advice to foreigners, was responsible for contacts with the Border Guard
and represented the SIP in the course of work on the draft new act on foreigners, including presenting the position of this organization during the sessions of the relevant committees of
the Sejm and Senate of the Republic of Poland - co-author of numerous amendments to the new act on foreigners. In 2014, he participated in the monitoring of guarded centers for foreigners
conducted, at the invitation of the Ministry of the Interior Affairs, by SIP and the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights.
In 2016-2019, as an expert in the field of protection of the rights of minor foreigners, he supported the activities of the Ombudsman for Children to secure the best interests of this group
of children, including preparing draft general speeches and procedural interventions of the Ombudsman in cases where the rights of foreign children were at risk, as well as carrying out - on behalf of the Ombudsman - inspections of the Polish migration and asylum administration, including Border Guard posts in Terespol and guarded centers for foreigners.
An experienced trainer in the field of migration and asylum law, legalization of foreigners' work and administrative proceedings - since 2012, he has been continuously conducting trainings
and workshops on this subject, dedicated to foreigners, employers, public officials and non-governmental organizations working with migrants, also outside Poland. Author of numerous
publications and studies in this field.
